Shipping Information

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Estimated delivery times may vary, orders may take up to 7-21 business days to arrive depends on your location. Payment of duties and taxes may be required. 

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service cs@artistebasic.com.

*Shipping to the USA*

The U.S. government has introduced new customs regulations that have removed the long-standing "de minimis" exemption. Previously, this exemption permitted duty-free entry for shipments valued under $800.

Effective August 29, 2025, all parcels, regardless of their value, must now undergo full customs clearance, resulting in a backlog at customs. Customers in the United States may experience delays with their orders.
