Shipping Information

All items that are ordered and paid for will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Orders from Artiste Basic are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, as well as from locations in Hong Kong and Canada for international deliveries.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, with orders potentially taking 7-21 business days to arrive. Please note that payment of duties and taxes may be necessary.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your estimated delivery date. If your order does not arrive by this date, please reach out to our customer service at cs@artistebasic.com.

*Shipping to the USA*

The U.S. government has introduced new customs regulations that have removed the long-standing "de minimis" exemption. Previously, this exemption permitted duty-free entry for shipments valued under $800.

Effective August 29, 2025, all parcels, regardless of their value, must now undergo full customs clearance, resulting in a backlog at customs. Customers in the United States may experience delays with their orders.
