Shipping Information

All items ordered and paid for will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. All orders are shipped from UK or Hong Kong. Estimated delivery times may vary, orders may take up to 7-21 business days to arrive. Payment of duties and taxes may be required. 

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service cs@artistebasic.com.

We offer free tracked delivery on orders over USD100. Depends on your location, please kindly check your shipping cost at checkout.
